GAVAR New MLS Broker or Appraiser Membership Fees Include: MLS & Key Dues: These fees allow you to search for listings in the FLEX MLS and use the Sentrilock Key with the Greater Antelope Valley Association of REALTORS for appraisals. (September – October 2026). *YOU WILL BE INVOICED FOR MLS FEES 9/14/26 NOV-APR 2027
Membership Applications will be processed between 8:30a.m.-4p.m. Monday-Friday with the exception of Holidays.
ALL MEMBERSHIP FEES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS
