GAVAR New Membership Fees Include:
REALTOR Dues: These fees pay for your National, California & GAVAR local REALTOR Dues (January 2026-December 2026).
MLS & Key Dues: These fees pay to allow you to search for listings, add listings into the FLEX MLS and use the Sentrilock Key with the Greater Antelope Valley Association of REALTORS. (January 2026- April 2026)
Membership Applications will be processed between 8:30a.m.-4p.m. Monday-Friday with the exception of Holidays.
*ALL MEMBERSHIP FEES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS
