REALTOR Renewal & New MLS Membership Fees Include:REALTOR Renewal Membership fees (July-December 2026) & MLS & Key Dues (July-October 2026): These fees allow you to search for listings in the FLEX MLS and use the Sentrilock Key with the Greater Antelope Valley Association of REALTORS for appraisals. (July – October 2026) Membership Applications will be processed between 8:30a.m.-4p.m. Monday-Friday with the exception of Holidays. ALL MEMBERSHIP FEES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS
