GAVAR New MLS Agent Membership Fees Include: MLS & Key Dues: These fees allow you to search for listings, add listings into the FLEX MLS and use the Sentrilock Key with the Greater Antelope Valley Association of REALTORS. (January 2026- April 2026). Membership Applications will be processed between 8:30a.m.-4p.m. Monday-Friday with the exception of Holidays. ALL MEMBERSHIP FEES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS
