Refund & Cancellation Policy
The Greater Antelope Valley Association of REALTORS® (GAVAR) is committed to providing valuable services, education, and events to our members and community. Please review the following refund policy regarding purchases made through our website or office.
Merchandise
All merchandise sales are final. GAVAR does not offer refunds or exchanges on merchandise purchases unless an item is received damaged or defective.
Membership Fees
Membership dues and associated fees are non-refundable once payment has been processed. Membership benefits and services are made available immediately upon activation, and therefore payments cannot be reversed after completion.
Education Classes
Registration fees for education courses, workshops, and training programs are non-refundable. If a registrant is unable to attend a scheduled class, or multiple tickets were purchased in error, they may contact GAVAR to inquire about possible options when available.
Event Tickets
All event registrations and ticket purchases are final. Due to event planning and reservation commitments, refunds will not be issued for cancellations or no-shows. If multiple tickets were purchased in error, They may contact GAVAR to inquire what options are available
Payment Processing
All payments made through the GAVAR website are processed securely through third-party payment providers. By completing a purchase, users agree to this refund and cancellation policy.
