GAVAR New Membership Fees Include:
REALTOR Dues: These fees pay for your National, California & GAVAR local REALTOR Dues (March 2026-December 2026).
MLS & Key Dues: These fees pay to allow you to search for listings, add listings into the FLEX MLS and use the Sentrilock Key with the Greater Antelope Valley Association of REALTORS. (March- October 2026)
Membership Applications will be processed between 8:30a.m.-4p.m. Monday-Friday with the exception of Holidays.
*ALL MEMBERSHIP FEES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS
