Code of Ethics Training
Mandated by the National Association of REALTORS®
Existing REALTOR® members must complete 2.5 hours of ethics training, meeting specific learning objectives and criteria, within three-year cycles.
REALTORS® who have completed the required ethics training within a three-year cycle in one association are not required to complete additional ethics training for that same cycle if they become members of another association.
Training Requirement
All REALTORS® must complete Code of Ethics training every 3 years to maintain membership in good standing.
Current Cycle
January 1, 2025 – December 31, 2027
Non-Compliance
Failure to complete training by the deadline may result in suspension and eventual termination of membership.
Code of Ethics Standard Practices
REALTORS® are expected to uphold the professional standards established by the National Association of REALTORS® and complete ethics training within each designated cycle.

Past Cycle
January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2024 (Cycle 7)
