GAVAR New Appraiser Membership Fees Include: MLS & Key Dues: These fees allow you to search for listings in the FLEX MLS and use the Sentrilock Key with the Greater Antelope Valley Association of REALTORS for appraisals. (January 2024 – April 2025) Membership Applications will be processed between 9a.m.-4p.m. Monday-Friday with the exception of Holidays. ALL MEMBERSHIP FEES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS
