GAVAR New MLS Agent Membership Fees Include: MLS & Key Dues: These fees allow you to search for listings, add listings into the FLEX MLS and use the Sentrilock Key with the Greater Antelope Valley Association of REALTORS. (May 2024- October 2024). Fees are subject to change March 15th. Membership Applications will be processed between 9a.m.-4p.m. Monday-Friday with the exception of Holidays. ALL MEMBERSHIP FEES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS
